Abstract

The book aims to serve the purpose of providing overall information in one place related to corrosion. It will include the basics of corrosion and then move to the advancements made in the field of corrosion in due course of time. The basics of corrosion will give a clear picture of why corrosion is a global problem. It will also include the standards used for different experiments, which is essential for everyone. The book will provide all international standards in one place. It will be helpful to the academicians, industrialists, and researchers who are working in the field of corrosion. The book will also include the solutions to the existing research gaps and focus on different techniques used to mitigate corrosion. New chapters that are not published or reported will be prioritized to make them a novel collection. So, the book can be used by everyone in engineering or applied sciences as a reference and a coursebook. BT - Introduction to Corrosion - Basics and Advances
