Abstract

In this search, it has been tried to find out the relationship between the leadership and ethics. For that purpose, the literature between the leadership and ethics has been analyzed. Here are some of the dimensions accentuated: Adoption of ethical behaviors must be start at the level of senior management and must be transferred to middle managers and disseminated to all employees of the organization. Leaders’ sense of ethics, affects the organizational decisions and actions greatly. Justice, equality, honesty and integrity, objectivity, account-ability, human rights, humanism, commitment to the rule of law, love, tolerance, secularism, respect, frugality, democracy are some of the basic ethical values that administrators must have.
