Abstract

This paper deals with the speed estimation of an induction motor (IM) based on an Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) for the speed control of the induction machine using the sensorless control technique. The estimation technique ANFIS was reviewed, as well as its implementation detailed. Firstly, the induction motor was simulated with the transformations that allow obtaining the components of the voltages and currents in the direct and quadrature axes. Then the sensorless control method was simulated. Finally, to verify the experimental results, the speed at the output of the ANFIS estimator and the induction motor were compared.
