Abstract

This chapter will focus on anxiety and depression in patients with chronic pain and will provide historical perspectives and uses and indications for different treatment modalities, which include CBT, COMB, hypnosis, and exercise. The focus will be on the optimization of chronic pain management, pain physiology, and the relationship between chronic pain and mood disorders.
