Abstract

ABSTRAK Transfusi darah adalah bagian paling penting bagi pelayanan kesehatan bila digunakan dengan baik dengan alasan menyelamatkan jiwa. Transfer darah membawa risiko penularan penyakit menular yang ditularkan melalui darah seperti hepatitis C, serta risiko transfusi darah lainnya yang dapat mengancam jiwa. Efek penyakit menular lewat transfusi darah bergantung pada banyak faktor, misalkan pravelensi penyakit di masyarakat, efektifitas skrining yang digunakan, kekebalan tubuh penerima dan jumlah donor tiap unit darah. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan membantu puskesmas Watubelah dalam mendata warga Keluahan Tukmudal yang sehat dan bebas dari virus hepatitis C. Teknik pengupulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan observasi dengan lembar kuisioner untuk pemeriksaan lebih lanjut. Hasil skrining bank darah di dapatkan rata-rata hemoglobin 13,69 g/dl pada wanita dan 14,15 g/dl pada laki-laki sedangkan rata-rata pada keseluruhan yaitu 13,59 g/dl, persentase golongan darah A 31% dengan jumlah 15 orang, golongan darah B 34% dengan jumlah 16 orang, golongann darah O 33% dengann jumlah 16, golongan darah AB 2% dengan jumlah 1 orang. Pemeriksaan imuneserologi yang meliputi pemeriksaan HIV, HCV, HBsAg, sifilis dengan hasil non-reaktif pada 48 responden. Kata Kunci: Skrining Bank Darah,Tranfusi Darah, Hepatitis C, HCV  ABSTRACT Blood transfusion is the most important part of health services if used properly for the reason of saving lives. Blood transfers carry the risk of contracting blood-borne infectious diseases such as hepatitis C, as well as other risks of blood transfusions that can be life-threatening. The effect of a disease transmitted by blood transfusion depends on many factors, such as the prevalence of the disease in the community, the effectiveness of the screening used, the immunity of the recipient, and the number of donors per unit of blood. This PKM activity aims to help the Watubelah Health Center by recording data on residents of the Tukmudal Village who are healthy and free from the hepatitis C virus. The data collection technique used interview and observation guidelines with questionnaire sheets for further examination. Blood bank screening results showed an average hemoglobin of 13.69 g/dl in women and 14.15 g/dl in men while the overall average was 13.59 g/dl, the percentage of blood group A was 31% with a total of 15 people, blood type B 34% with a total of 16 people, blood group O 33% with a total of 16, blood type AB 2% with a total of 1 person. Immunoserology examination which includes examination for HIV, HCV, HBsAg, and syphilis with non-reactive results in 48 respondents. Keywords: Blood Bank Screening, Blood Transfusion, Hepatitis C, HCV
