Abstract

The digital revolution is leading to the overwhelming consumption of technology by companies, without the people who constitute them being considered the key factor to consider within this innovation. Even with more technological resources, companies must continue to readapt the context so that their human resources can relate in an environment that aspires to be so autonomous. For there to be greater adaptation and motivation on the part of company employees to what this digital transformation brings, it is essential to promote solutions that at the same time determine an adequate engagement factor. Therefore, this paper refers to the conceptualization of a technological tool that supports and promotes the concept of engagement throughout the organization. For that purpose, a set of requirements taken from the literature were confronted with outputs from structured interviews of people belonging to a Portuguese organization. The results obtained made it possible to adjust the requirements, contributing to the creation of 3 modules, which are social collaboration, supervision support and questionnaires.
