Abstract

Structural equation modeling, SEM, can be used to calculate the influence factors of the consumer satisfaction. Based on the SEM, the authors use questionnaire survey method to look for the main influence factors of consumer when purchasing the household appliances. The structural equation model is used to evaluate the consumer satisfaction. From the result, we can see consumers are most concerned about the brand image and least concerned about the perceived value. Besides the quality, the production companies should strengthen the cultivation of brands. Production companies put more focus on the R&D process and can raise prices appropriately when pricing.
