Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa baik keterampilan membaca dan menulis, dan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca dan menulis teman sekelas. IV di sebuah sekolah dasar Islam di kota Blitar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dimana studi tindakan mengajar diadaptasi sebagai referensi.Keterampilan membaca dan menulis secara umum didefinisikan sebagai keterampilan membaca dan menulis. Jenis kegiatan ini memenuhi syarat proses pendidikan menurut kurikulum 2013, yang dikenal dengan pendekatan saintifik. Dalam menerapkan literasi, guru harus memperhatikan empat aspek, yaitu sumber belajar, materi pembelajaran, strategi pengajaran dan penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak siswa pada pra siklus yang masih memiliki nilai di bawah KK, pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar yaitu persentase kelulusan pada KK sebesar 85% dengan nilai rata-rata 69, dan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan keberhasilan yang signifikan yaitu tingkat keberhasilan kelulusan hasil pelatihan KKM adalah 93% dengan skor rata-rata 78,9.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) pembelajaran literasi di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di kota Blitar berperan dalam memotivasi siswa untuk membaca dan menulis, sekolah juga menunjukkan kendala seperti kurangnya disiplin. , kecanduan, kecanduan dan kurangnya metode akurat yang digunakan oleh guru. Selain itu, upaya sekolah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca dan menulis antara lain motivasi kegiatan membaca dan menulis, menumbuhkan kesadaran akan tumbuhnya minat membaca dan menulis, dan menyelenggarakan lomba membaca dan membaca melalui sekolah untuk menggairahkan siswa.   Abstrak: This study aims to determine the role of literacy activities, obstacles, and efforts by the school to improve the literacy skills of fourth grade students at Islamic Elementary School in Blitar City. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research by adapting classroom action research as a reference. Literacy skills are generally defined as reading and writing skills. This kind of activity is in accordance with the demands of the learning process according to the 2013 Curriculum, which is known as the scientific approach. In relation to the implementation of literacy learning, teachers must pay attention to four aspects, namely learning resources, teaching materials, learning strategies, and assessment. The results showed that in the pre-cycle student scores were still below the KKM, in the first cycle there was an increase in learning outcomes, namely the graduation rate for the KKM was 85% with an average score of 69, and in the second cycle there was a significant increase in success, namely the level of passing the learning outcomes of the KKM is 93% with an average score of 78.9. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1) Literacy activities in Islamic Elementary School in Blitar City play a role in motivating students to like reading and writing activities. 2) The school's obstacles in increasing the reading and writing interest of fourth grade students at the Islamic Elementary School in Blitar City are the lack of discipline, student habituation, interest, and the lack of precise methods applied by the teacher, and 3) The school's efforts to increase students' interest in reading and writing The fourth grade at Islamic Elementary School in Blitar City is to provide motivation for literacy activities, introduce the importance of growing interest in reading and writing, and hold related competitions as a forum for students to actively participate.
