Continuous improvement of engineering activities of the organization with use of cards of stream of value creation

Abstract

The article describes measures to improve the organization's activities by developing value stream maps as a basis for building lean production. Evidence is provided that the construction of a value stream map is a tool that has significant advantages over other similar tools for describing processes, with which it is possible to describe in detail how the organization should work in order to create a continuous flow.
