Abstract

This paper presents with examples the Resource Description Format use in integrating web data sources for semantic organizational portals. We define a vocabulary and describe data in RDF format in order to integrate available Linked data with local data from RDF triple store. We explore this data using SPARQL and we discuss the possible applications for semantic web portals. We conclude by presenting future work and general conclusions. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
