Abstract

The Russian papermakers have already calculated, that rise of tariffs for container cargo carriage will increase transport charges of branch by USDS million annually. On data of the RAO Bumprom, main load will lie on 5-7 largest pulp and paper mills shipping production by railway to Novorossijsk and St.-Petersburg ports. Taking into account, that each pulp and paper mill will get approximately on one million dollars of the padding costs, costs caused with rise of tariffs will eat all their profit.
