Abstract

We present an extension of the TDS parallel state space search, building the state space of a certain class of haptic virtual environments. We evaluate its properties on a concrete example from computational chemistry. The scalability of the algorithm is distorted by several abnormalities whose causes are discussed. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2003.
