PERILAKU KNOWLEDGE SHARING MULTI BAHASA PADA KOMUNITAS FAKTA BAHASA

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to disscussed about knowledge sharing behavior of multi language in fakta bahasa community located in Bogor. The research methodology used in this study is a qualitative method with case study approach. The data collection was done by in-depth interviews, observation, and literature. The infor-mants are 5 members of fakta bahasa community and 2 members of the others community in Bogor. Informants choosen by purposive sampling. The result showed that norms and value in community based on rights and obligations of community's members to share the knowledge in the language club, the method to shared the knowledge in community through the weekly discussion called clubbing, the members collaborated knowlededge has been owned with the new knowledge and use in daily activities, and social network formed by similarity interest of the language and connected by social media.
