Abstract

Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive procedure that is widely used in Europe and elsewhere to treat various injuries and medical conditions. Benefits of mesotherapy: rejuvenates the skin, tightens the skin, no surgery because it uses a very tiny needle 4 mm, no downtime, improves local blood flow, improves drainage, breaks down sclerotic tissue, and in case of cellulite successfully targets cellulite. Indications for mesotherapy in dermatology, mechanism of action, drugs used in mesotherapy, and needleless mesotherapy are discussed.
