Abstract

The article discusses theoretical approaches to the concept of logistics, offers a new solution to the problem of the formation of logistics systems of enterprises and their functioning in the process of digitalization. The logistic approach to cost management is investigated by forming the structure of logistics costs of an industrial enterprise. An algorithm for managing the costs of the enterprise in the logistics system is proposed and an analysis of the downtime of the enterprise is carried out. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical foundations, conceptual provisions, and the development of scientific and methodological recommendations for the formation and development of digital logistics systems of the enterprise. It is recommended to implement a logistics cost management strategy using a logistics center with a digital management system, which contributes to optimizing the cost management of an industrial enterprise. Based on foreign experience, changes in the results of economic indicators are calculated because of improving the management system based on digital transformation. An assessment of the economic efficiency of the digital transformation of an industrial enterprise is obtained, considering the expected potential of the digital transformation of the enterprise. As a result, the net income of the enterprise and the costs of implementing and developing information technologies change. Enterprises will improve the quality and productivity of their activities by automating and optimizing work processes; rationalize interaction between all participants in the logistics process.
