Abstract

When dealing with critical systems that users must comprehend to take full advantage of their functionalities, deployment and support teams must take special care with users’ training. Even when the development process takes in consideration testers’ feedback, there is always the need for more users’ hands-on training. Of course, this is easier said than done. Users tend to be overloaded with regular tasks and finding time to assist a regular formation course is difficult, if not impossible in most cases.
