Abstract

In order to meet the requirements of access control in pervasive environment, this paper adopts the UCON model as foundation and adds the concept of role and context as the decision factors to construct the Role and Context-based Usage Control (RC-UCON ABCC) model. The context includes the three factors such as time, location and environment. The model family adds RC-UCON model and RC-UCON model. These two models are defined by Temporal Logic of Action (TLA). In RC-UCON model, roles are assigned to the Subject which simplifies the authorization process. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2011.
