Abstract

The research explained Chinese digital library system acceptance through the framework of the theory of reasoned action. This study not only examined linear factors contributing to adoption of digital library, but also a non lineal interaction between these factors. The research results revealed that attitude and subjective norm have a significant effect on acceptance intension, and there also is negative interaction between attitude and subjective norm, which mean, the theory of reasoned action is powerful to explain Chinese digital library acceptance. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
