Abstract

In order to reform the traditional cooking methods, this paper introduces the multimedia technology into the cooking design. This paper's research goal is the application of multimedia technique on cooking teaching, aimed at multimedia technique popularization in nowadays' cooking education. By researching the superiority of multimedia technique in teaching, Summed up the fusion methods of multimedia technology and cooking education teaching. It proves that application of multimedia technique on cooking teaching has good effect in cultivating students' information ability, creative ability and good ecological sense, which encourages optimization of multimedia technique in cooking teaching, making teachers relaxed and students happy, improving the teaching efficiency greatly. © 2013 Springer Science+Business Media.
