Abstract

During the 19th century, Sweden, similar to other European countries, underwent a drastic economic change. This had many features common to Europe in general. We can also find, however, that the economic expansion in Sweden during the 19th century displays features that differ from what can be considered normal in Europe. © 1965 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
