Abstract

This article aims to discuss the limits and possibilities of access for rural women to public policies, considering the protagonists in the face of socioproductive activities involving the setting of family and peasant agriculture in southeastern Paraná state, Brazil. Thus, we understand required the reader a context of gender issues by establishing an interface between the peasant and the multiple meanings of gender equality. Not least, we seek to present the progress of feminist theories that culminate in innovations in agricultural policies with a gender perspective. For a second moment, we consider relevant to voice these peasant and present their reports, trying to understand the being peasant, recording the thought, the significance of their actions to the community, revisiting the past and identifying the importance of them in the various political and social achievements in society Thus, to establish the accounts we think necessary to discuss proposed here, admitted them in the perspective of oral history, regatando the look of these women and their experiences in the Brazilian countryside. Find and overcome limits on women's access to effective participation in public spaces is something essential when dealing with the autonomy of these women. (English) [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
