The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of developing student worksheets integrated religious values in natural science subjects in improving the character of the discipline. The research method used is the research and development method which consists of three stages, namely introduction, development, and testing. Data collection techniques using the LKS validation questionnaire, discipline character observation sheets, and student response questionnaire. Analysis of LKS validation questionnaire data and student response questionnaire using average calculations; and disciplinary character observation sheet data analysis using the SPSS 20. The results of the questionnaire validation analysis of material experts got a 87.28%, the results of the analysis of the linguistic validation questionnaire got a 68.57%, the results of the questionnaire analysis of student responses got a 86,11%, the results of the independent sample t-test analysis of the disciplinary character test obtained sig 2-tailed 0.0000 and showed that there was an influence of using LKS. The implication of this study is to give a positive value on improving the character of student discipline. The conclusion is that the development of LKS is deemed appropriate to be used to improve the character of discipline. Keywords:
