PENGARUH KINERJA MENGAJAR GURU TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey. Responden adalah 117 siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kinerja mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan demikian motivasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui kinerja mengajar guru. Kata Kunci : kinerja mengajar guru, motivasi belajar siswa EFFECT OF THE TEACHING PERFORMANCE OF TEACHERS  ON STUDENTS' MOTIVATIONThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the teaching performance of teachers on students' motivation.
