Abstract

The paper reveals the main content of a legal model of realizing the interests and protecting the rights of economic entities under the economy digitalization. The study used the general scientific dialectical method, as well as the methods of formal logic: description, comparison, classification, analysis and synthesis. The authors analyze the most important normative documents in this area and identify the practice and trends of their implementation. The scientific approaches to determining the optimal balance of interaction between the government and business in the protection of fair competition, prevention of violations of the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs are analyzed. The authors stress the importance of the development of interaction between the individuals and legal entities engaged in business activities in the digital format, the active introduction of the blockchain technology and smart contacts in the work of heads of the state and municipal authorities, which are entrusted with control and supervisory functions in the field of economy, the creation and organization of support of the unified system of normative reference information for the regulatory bodies engaged in bringing the subjects of economic activity to administrative responsibility. In addition, the paper substantiates the importance of eliminating the administrative barriers by universal digitalization of licensing procedures, state registration and mandatory certification.
