Abstract

In recent years, under the joint action of policy support, technological progress, economic development and other factors, the new energy vehicle market has become an important engine for the continuous growth of China’s auto market. Extended Range Electric Vehicle (EREV), Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) are three types of new energy vehicles, which are favored by different vehicle owners. In order to fully perceive vehicle owners’ emotional preferences for three new energy vehicles, by constructing a SnowNLP-based sentiment analysis model and a semantic network model, this paper proposes an opinion mining model based on the method of opinion mining, realizes the collection of user comments on different dimensions of three new energy vehicles from the Autohome website (the largest automobile website in China), and uses Python to perform data preprocessing, comment segmentation, word frequency statistics, sentiment analysis and semantic network analysis, so as to gain insight into the emotional differences of vehicle owners of three new energy vehicles, provide suggestions for enterprises, and then improve the car-machine interaction experience of vehicle owners.
