Abstract

Chinese thinking about the relationship of space to national security has been evolving over the past several decades, as part of a broader ongoing assessment of the role of information in future warfare. As the People’s Liberation Army has accorded growing importance to information and communications technologies, the centrality of space dominance has grown as well.
