Abstract

Kata kunci: Komunikasi antar pribadi, produktivitas,reduksi, analisis, indikator. ABSTRAC Interpersonal communication is one form of communication that is effectively applied in improving the work productivity of leaders and subordinates. Through interpersonal communication can be known the openness of responding honestly to the interlocutor, having empathy feel the same feelings over the interlocutor, supporting each other's content, being able to have positive feelings in others while talking, and having similar communication This research uses qualitative descriptive research method with the aim of describing all conditions and situations of communication between personal leaders and subordinates of Hotel Santika Premiere Dyandra Medan. The data collection methods used in this study are interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques are by conducting data reduction, presentation of conclusion withdrawal data. The results of this study are expected to be an encouragement for employees of Hotel Santika Premiere Dyandra Medan to utilize interpersonal communication in improving work productivity.
