A new approach for fingerprint matching using logic synthesis

Abstract

In this study, a new approach based on logic synthesis to match feature points from fingerprint images is developed and introduced. For fingerprint matching we propose logic minimization method to make matching process easy and fast. We think that use logic minimization method might be used as a reliable in fingerprint recognition. © 2010 Springer-Verlag.
