Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work culture, work stress and work spirit on employee performance at PT Semen Tonasa (Pangkep). This type of research used is quantitative research. This study uses an associative approach. The population in this study were all 102 employees of PT Semen Tonasa (Persero) in the personnel section of the Tonasa IV Unit. While the number of samples was determined using the Slovin approach, so that the sample obtained was 50 people. The analysis model used is a multiple linear regression model. This study found that work culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Semen Tonasa (Pangkep); work stress has no significant effect on employee performance at PT Semen Tonasa (Pangkep) and work enthusiasm has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Semen Tonasa (Pangkep). Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh budaya kerja, stress kerja dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT Semen Tonasa (Pangkep). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan asosiasi. Seluruh karyawan PT Semen Tonasa (Persero) staf unit Tonasa IV menjadi populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 102 orang. Penentuan jumlah sampel dengan menggunakan pendekatan Slovin, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah model regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa budaya kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT Semen Tonasa (Pangkep); stress kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT Semen Tonasa (Pangkep) dan semangat kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT Semen Tonasa (Pangkep).
