Abstract

The sampling technique used a simple random sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that there was an effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on communication, there was an effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on employee performance, and there was an effect of communication on employee performance, communication did not affect transformational leadership and organizational commitment on employee performance.
