Abstract

Uveal melanoma has unique clinical and pathologic features including virtually exclusive metastasis to the liver in high-risk cases. In this chapter, the clinical findings in uveal melanoma and diagnostic methods including imaging tests and serum markers are described. Additionally, the histopathologic features including the modified Callender classification and immunohistochemical findings of uveal melanoma are described. © Springer Science+Business Media New York 2014.
