Abstract
Telecommunication service is the major concern among public network service providers. New technologies are required realizing new type of network services. One of the prospective markets is the personal communication. UPT (Universal Personal Telecommunication) service is now under study in the international standard organization CCITT. This paper introduces one view of the personalized telecommunication services. At the beginning the definition is given. Then a lot of service ideas are listed. The result of questionnaire on personalized services are explained. Finally principal study items are discussed.
