Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKM berbasis Assessment as Learning yang memenuhi kelayakan ditinjau dari validitas, keefektifan dan kepraktisannya. Desain penelitian menggunakan Four-D Model yang meliputi tahap define, design, develop dan disseminate, namun dalam penelitian ini hanya sampai tahap develop. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengetahui validitas, keefektifan dan kepraktisan LKM secara berturut-turut adalah Lembar Validitas, Tes Hasil belajar dan Lembar Respon Mahasiswa. LKM dinyatakan valid jika memperoleh persentase validitas > 61%. Hasil belajar mahasiswa dinyatakan tuntas jika memperoleh nilai > 55. LKM dinyatakan efektif jika ketuntasan klasikal > 61%. LKM dinyatakan praktis jika persentase respon positif mahasiswa terhadap LKM > 61%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKM berbasis Assessment as Learning telah memenuhi kelayakan digunakan dalam pembelajaran ditinjau dari validitas, keefektifan dan kepraktisannya.Kata kunci: Pengembangan LKM, Kelayakan, Assessment as LearningThis research aim to develop Worksheet base on Assessment as Learning that it has feasibility based on its validity, effectiveness and practically. Research design use Four-D Model covering phase of define, design, develop and of disseminate, but in this research only until develop phase. Instrument used to know validity, effectiveness and practical successively are Sheet of Validity, Test of learning result and Sheet of Student Response. Worksheet expressed valid if obtaining percentage of validity > 61%. Learning result of student expressed mastery if obtaining value > 55. Worksheet expressed effective if is mastery classically > 61%. Worksheet expressed practice if percentage of positive student response toward LKM > 61%.
