Abstract

Patients with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia are at an increased risk of developing severe coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Although rollout of the novel vaccines against the disease may offer hope to ending the pandemic, their efficacy in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia may be significantly lower compared to the general population.
