Abstract

Project management helps achieve the goals and objectives of program implementation. Project management strategies increase project success, decrease risk and costs, and help to achieve greater efficiencies and effectiveness in the execution of projects. A project has a defined beginning and end with defined scope, purpose, and allocated resources [1].
