Abstract

Coculture of eosinophils and nerves is a powerful tool in determining the interactions between the two cell types. We have developed methods for culture of parasympathetic ganglia and dorsal root ganglia from humans, and we have further refined the technique to coculture with eosinophils. Here we describe methods for coculturing primary parasympathetic ganglia or dorsal root ganglia with eosinophils. © Springer Science+Business Media New York 2014.
