Abstract

In the last years the production of systems supporting learning and work in-group has been high. Besides, the User Interface is acquiring greater attention, since it can be decisive in order to determine if an application is accepted or rejected by users. We propose a design and development process of the presentation layer in groupware systems. This methodological approach is based on the use of several models to represent the collaborative and interactive aspects of such systems. In this paper we present the application of this proposal to a collaborative e-learning system, called Domosim-TPC. © 2007 Springer.
