Abstract

Improving on nature: The synthesis and biological evaluation of englerin analogues is reported. Structure-activity relationships concerning the cinnamate and glycolic acid domains of englerinA were investigated, revealing insightful information and thereby enabling further diversification of the englerin parent structure. © 2011 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
