Abstract

Enterprise resource coordination is an important part of the enterprise network formation, and also key aspects of regional economic development. Firstly, this article identifies the concept of enterprise network resources coordination process. Secondly, this article builds process model about coordination of the enterprise network resources, including opportunity discovery process, the communication process, countermeasures negotiation process, network learning process, and coordination maturity. Thirdly, this article gives the basic assumptions of the five countermeasures negotiation. Finally, this article builds the model about countermeasures negotiation with the degree of resource acquisition as the aim and the model about countermeasures negotiation of multi-issue, and proposes recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise network.
