Abstract

Looking at present-day WAllonia from a nationalist point of view, an outsider is bound to experience seroius probelm. These problems are somehow reminisscent of the one that - at the time - emanated from the kind of Wallonia the Walloon Movement wanted to create. Indeed, it is unsual for a political community (and Institution of Public Law) to have been founded on such a blatant and radical rejection of nationalism
