Abstract

Premature ovarian failure is a major risk factor for sexual dysfunction in women who receive treatment for premenopausal breast cancer. Women should be counseled on prevention of vulvovaginal dryness and atrophy when chemotherapy is initiated. © 2014 American Cancer Society.
