Abstract

The main objective of this study is to examine the effects of leadership style on employee sustainable bahaviour of employees from a theoretical perspective. The literature evaluation served as the foundation for the predicted relationship between transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and e employee sustainable behaviour. The study contributes to the existing literature review on adding information to the theories of leadership. More study is needed to offer a more complete picture of these interactions. Much of the future research that has to be done has been determined because of the study’s limitations. Further research is needed to understand the link between transactional leadership style, psychological empowerment, job satisfaction, and employee sustainable behaviour.
