Abstract

We examine the nature of semiotics and its intermingling with physiology in the embodied mind. We consider the balance between order and noise in our knowledge of the natural world. The relational dimension is ex- plored through synchronization dynamics. Synchronization and resonance are representing areas for further investigation in chimera states. These might also be seen as quantum fields, which are based on four principles: granularity, relationality in space and time, indeterminacy.
