Abstract

This chapter describes a new approach that integrates theT-Surfaces model and isosurface generation methods in a generalframework for segmentation and surface reconstruction in 3Dmedical images. Besides, the T-Surfaces model is applied foroffset generation in the context of geometry extraction.
