Abstract

When speaking of interdisciplinarity in Law, reference is made to the questioning of the artificial borders between the different fields of knowledge imposed by the tradition of modern science. This article identifies and describes the challenges posed by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, specifically the application of Blockchain, Smart Contracts and the Internet of Things in classic contractual figures and the possible criteria for their regulation, likewise.
