Abstract

The article focuses on the Whole body cryotherapy (WBC) which is the most popular treatment that is done with the help of the new therapeutic technology were the athletes are exposed to extremely cold air to upgrade their recovery and wellbeing. It highlights the features of cryotherapeutic chambers along with the treatment protocols that are commonly used. Topics include pain relief, lymphatic responses, and psychological effects.
