Abstract

Phanerochaete chrysosporium had a high activity of 3,3’-dimethoxybenzidine oxidation in 70% aqueous ethylene glycol medium. UV/VIS and ESR spectroscopic analyses suggested the difference between the oxidation intermediate of 3,3’-dimethoxybenzidine in water and that in 70% aqueous ethylene glycol medium. © 1996, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
