Performing in public causes stressful situations, feelings of frustration and anxiety. Currently, research focused on the stage anxiety and fear of musicians is proliferating; although, research on specific methodologies to face them from the instrumental classroom are practically non-existent. The main objective of this research is to show the need to design a program that allows facing emotional control from the Saxophone classroom, all through a bibliographic search and a review of the opinions regarding the most direct sources (teachers and students). Only in this way will it be possible to specify methodological systematization proposals aimed at mastering certain beneficial personal skills to interpret in public. The results show this need and, through this program, it is intended that the students can channel and direct their emotions before the staging, managing these to obtain a considerable improvement in the interpretation.
