Self-organized conversation is a generative process that fosters creativity and deepens relationships, essential ingredients in community building. As individuals, we have the potential to evolve into more conscious and loving human beings, so do social systems, particularly when driven by spiritual, or transcendent values that are self-generated. These values sound a tone that resonates throughout the Conversation, helping to stabilize the experience so that it stays on the level of dialogue, and providing the context for experiences of individual and group transcendence © 2005 Springer Science + Business Media, Inc.
