In this article the authors comment on the Identification-Control-Correction (ICC) programme developed by Yuri Hanin and Muza Hanina. They point out that ICC programme proposed by Hanin and Hanina lack qualitative and quantitative evidence that supports the utility of the programme. The authors highlight several aspects of the ICC programme which are consistent with other psychological and pedagogical approaches to coaching.
